The Human Rights Campaign represents a force of more than 1.5 million members and supporters nationwide. As the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer civil rights organization, HRC envisions a world where LGBTQ people are ensured of their basic equal rights and can be open, honest and safe at home, at work and in the community.

Jerry Mai serves with the Human Rights Campaign on the local steering committee. He joined the HRC team four years ago and worked several positions. Through his years with HRC, he was the Volunteer Engagement Chair & the Digital Communication Liaison for the SF Bay Area Committee. Jerry also served with the Houston, Texas Committee as the Auction Chair and Volunteer Captain.
Jerry has lobbied Congress-Members and Senators in Washington D.C for LGBTQ related issues. Outside of Jerry’s work with HRC, he is a Manager for the United Parcel Service and lives in San Jose, CA.
